Excellent service!! Super nice people! They were more than happy to help fill up my tires. I couldn’t quite do it because of my disability. Excellent excellent exceptional. 10 stars!

We use shell on East Lake crescent in Airdrie to fill up plenty of vehicles for our work. They're always very organized, and efficient. Never any long line ups in store, and they work two tills side by side with only 1 employee like a pro! Keep it up Shell!

I ran out of gas on my way to Shell, I called and a wonderful man Nino didn’t hesitate to come and bring me gas and help me while I was stranded. I was very emotional and him and his wife were so kind to me and even let me bring a tea and or coffee on my trip back to Calgary and insured me that everything would be OK.

I often travel between Edmonton & Cochrane. I always take the three Cs to avoid Calgary traffic. The cool thing about the Shell station in Carstairs:n- Everything super cleann- Joanne was super friendlynThere is a huge lack of customer service these days. It is all over-promise and under-deliver. Nice to see an exception. I'll make a point of stopping at that Shell every time I go through Carstairs.

The people who work here are good people. They'll help you out if you're in trouble At the gas station.
