It is disturbing that lay offs are on a random basis - they should be based on last hired/least qualified - therefore, maintaining a higher level of professional, dedicated and properly trained and qualified workers. Financial strains are everywhere - but .....????

I have work closely with many departments in bonavista. Quality company with personal that actually care. I can not understress my experience with the company or the team I have worked with in the past. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
