Propriétaire sans manières. Tu prends la peine d'appeler pour une réservation de changement de pneus, la téléphoniste te dit un prix et au moment où tu apporte ta voiture, il décide de changer les prix en te disant que c'est lui le boss et qui fait les prix, pas la téléphoniste. Un vrai bozo de première classe.
