Don’t buy diesel here! It’s typically always 20-30cents more per litre then everywhere else and today was worse! I’d give zero stars if I could. Filled up this morning at a shell in burlington, it was $1.789/L, this shell in beamsville was $2.259/L! 47cents more per litre at the beamsville shell today! Absolutely disgusting how this station jacks their price of diesel.

Your car wash machines sucks! I still have soap on my car and my car is not dried properly. The car did not get cleaned under like I have purchased. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I come here from time to time for gas. I don't come too often as this gas station is usually a little more expensive than the gas stations closer to the highway. I just like to check in every once in awhile because sometimes they have unique BIC lighters I've never seen before.

Today I brought a propane tank for our tent trailer to be refilled as we are leaving for a camping trip and I wanted to be sure we had a full tank. The tank had approximately 10 lbs. of propane prior to arriving at Relay and I explained to the attendant that I wanted to top it up. He gave me a confused look and said 'What?" His comprehension of the English language seemed to be affected by what question I asked him. I repeated myself but the only response I got was "You have to pay". He wasn't even finished the task and he was asking for money. When he was finished he demanded a payment based on the cost of filling an empty tank which I reminded him was not the case here. Inside the kiosk he mumbled something in Punjabi to the owner and then told me I owed them $21.00 for the refill. $21 for half a tank is fine if you are getting the full 20 lbs. but I received maybe half that. He tried justifying this theft by repeating "that is the cost". Perhaps a course in ethics would do the owner some good and maybe hiring someone who has more than a working knowledge of English would benefit everyone. Considering how I was ripped off today I hope others will follow my advice and stay away. They don't deserve your business or time. If a negative rating was available I would apply it here.

I work in Milton but live in St Catharines so would stop in Beamsville to gas up & wash my car a couple of time a week because I thought the carwash was the best ever!! ,but like everything else in 2020 their facility as well as their service personal has gone down the tubes. Most times the wash will take your money & nothing works or the pressure is so low it's not worth it. When I alerted the staff member over at the truck station he could care less & his professional courtesy was sub par. Just sayin.

PAID PARKING FOR TRUCKERS....!! EVEN iF you Fill Your Tanks From there.

Car wash is terrible, leaking hot water all over please from hose, no soap at all, they don't empty garbages. Went to attendant to my money back, he was very snarky with me

Good place with good staff and restaurant.

Found this great place on the way to the falls. Because 5th wheel was closed. Great food Big portions. Staff was awesome. My new favorite place.

What can i say except that they dont have a customer washroom. Good car wash if you don't mind brushes. For a not so good touchless go to the Esso up the street.
