I had a great experience with the night shift attendant at Shell on every Mondays and Tuesdays. He’s consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. He goes above and beyond to assist with any questions and provides excellent service with a positive attitude. I especially appreciate his knowledge of the products, always making helpful suggestions. His excellent customer service makes filling up and shopping at Shell a pleasure..
Do not charge at this EV station.nYour car will become stuck, you won't get the plug out. Customer service is like an unforgiving machine. I asked for a refund and they said they are not responsible for the plug or damage to the car. Stuck here with another EV owner for 45min on the line with them. I'm not sure what happened to the other car, she was still stuck when I left.nIf you care about your money and car, don't ever, ever go here. MINUS 5 stars.
Restrooms are not always open even for customers who've fueled or bought from the store
The Shell at Mt. Lehman is usually a bit cheaper than other gas stations in Abbotsford except for Costco. Would be nice if they had tap on the gas pumps.
