Called today just before 11:30am to ask what gas prices were. Sometimes they aren’t always accurate online, and as I’m driving a bit of a distance as prices near me are outrageous, I wanted to double check to confirm what I was seeing online was correct. A lady answered the phone, and responded to my question with this: “I don’t have to tell you” then hung up. EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful for no reason at all, especially for a legitimate question. Very unprofessional.
Everytime there is an Airmiles promotion this location raises/gouges the price of gas. Compared to the closet gas stations. As of December 27, 2023 the price for regular gas is $1.589 a litre at this location but the closest 5 gas stations are $1.459. I am going to report this to Airmiles partner. As it is abusing airmiles customers.
Horrible customer service. Long line up and the cashier had ear buds and was on the phone and talking well, dealing with customers. Should not be allowed. Horrible service will be sending it to head office.
Worst gas station around, poor service won’t tell you any prices over the phone the lady on phone was very rude and loud . They don’t inform potential customers of the gas prices I ll go somewhere that appreciates our business. There prices are always more expensive then the other stations.
The pump handles need serious replacing ... they are worn out... after it clicks and you try to fill up your tank your hand and wrist need to be strong.. Management replace the pump handles ASAP...
