Paid for monthly car wash through my phone, since the employee claimed they only have the flex car wash which is 5 or 15 washes, not the the monthly.nnAfter I figured it out, I go through the car wash and see that the water pressure is weaker than normal.nnWhen I looked above, I noticed that the hose above has burst and is not washing my car properly, from the wax, soap and ‘high pressure water’, is barely washing. Due to most of the water pressure escaping from the burst hose above.nnI took a video and showed the employee to let her know about it, only for her to say her boss already knows and it’s been like that for a week?nnIf I people are spending their hard earned money at your store, at least have the decency to respect them enough to take care of your machines.nnI tried to cancel my monthly subscription after, but unfortunately shell doesn’t offer that.nnSo I’m stuck with a $67 subscription with a half working car wash.nnDo better.

I have a monthly pass for this Shell car wash, but it’s frequently out of service during operational hours due to technical issues. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that’s often unavailable. Please improve maintenance and reliability for monthly members.

They don’t care about customers at all. Their car wash is always closed. Came to car wash the app said it was opened but it’s was closed when I visited. Wasting peoples time and fuel

I use this gas station 98% of the time. This morning Jan 10, 2026 online it said gas was 1.08 so I jumped in my vehicle and went. Got there, it was 124.9 still said 1.08 online, I double checked while there. Not happy, false advertising.

Excellent Service and Great Car Wash Deal!nVisited today July 8 at 6:52 PM for a car wash and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised by the great deal—even though I didn’t fuel up that day, Naresh still gave me the gas-price deal with $2 off, as I’m a regular customer. That kind of gesture is rare!nnEmployee was extremely kind, respectful, and helpful. Compared to other gas stations where service feels cold or strict, this experience stood out. Because of Naresh’s excellent service, I’ll definitely keep coming back here. Highly recommended!
