As a Hunter Douglas Gallery Store, we have served the Calgary area for over 39 years. We have also held the Consumer Choice Award for Calgary's Best Drapery and Blinds Store for 16 years. Our experience with Sheila's Drapery was impressive. From my first contact with Elaine, I felt like they were customer service driven. Chris was our sales person and installer. From the start he was able to give good advice and options and make the whole process way less daunting. I felt confident in his care. We had purchased a house for the first time and wanted to ensure that our window coverings were installed before move in. It all flowed amazingly well, especially during these times of setbacks, supply issues etc. We had the Graber accordion style blinds done for all the windows, and wall to wall drapes in the bedroom that are deluxe and work flawlessly and look so classy. The blinds operate well too and make our space more inviting. All in all we felt like we got great value and the level of service was consistent and exceptional. I would highly recommend Sheila's drapery. They definitely go that extra mile!

Several years ago we bought a number of Hunter Douglas blinds from Sheila's. Recently the winding mechanism on one of the blinds failed. I visited the store and Wendy and Brad were most helpful in first trying to find a spare part and when that didn't work Brad ordered the needed part from the supplier. It came and I have got the blind working again. Brad and Wendy were both extremely helpful and solved the issue. To top it all off there was no charge for the spare part. I highly recommend Sheila's for the service their staff provide: friendly and efficient.
Lady in store was so helpful in getting us replacement parts for our older shutters. Most excellent service. A+
Amazing service! Ordered black out curtains for my bedroom. When the installer came, one side of the panel was defective as it showed light through a portion of the curtains. They redid the lining of the panel. The following week the installer came out again and the drapes were perfect. Wendy said if I notice any defect in the drapes they will fix it. You have my loyalty. There were times when you wanted to give a 'zero' star but couldn't. While for this one, we wanted to give a 6-star, but couldn't. LOL. Thank you so much to Wendy and the installer for fixing our blind in one day after we explained the situation to Wendy. Now our blind is back to its working state and the family is happy. The staff's are professional and responses are prompt. Shop is clean and neat. Highly recommended.
We purchased Hunter Douglas blinds for several rooms in our home many years ago, great quality blinds and are very satisfied with the performance. Contacted Sheila's Drapery today for a few parts, Wendy was very helpful, was able to pickup quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Sheila's Drapery if needing drapery for your home or office.
Can't say enough good things about this place! After going to 10 different stores to try and get a blind repaired i finally was able to find a solution here. The staff were great to deal with and went above and beyond finding me a perfect replacement blind. Will definetly be coming here for more projects. Thanks again!
