Small but amazing books and records store. I bought The Beatles' White Album vintage double LP for $7!!! I didn't believe it!

A very well organized and curated shop, with a discerning and knowledgeable owner. Super helpful, full of recommendations, and worth stopping by just to check out whats featured in the gorgeous front window display. Currently open as a take out book/record window only, but well worth a visit!

I've gotten some great records here, but the ones that keep me coming back are the vintage Beatles albums, very reasonable prices for some fairly hard to find stuff, and everything so far has played to perfection. Part of my vinyl crawl of the downtown!

Still my favorite place to visit when I'm back in my old hood, Roncesvalles. Even though I can no longer find unique books there, it's still a treat coming back and seeing what's new. The store remains consistent in what you can expect from its friendly staff and music selection. I'm a little sad that the book selection seems lacking, but I'm willing to forgive since one can find anything online now anyways.

Nice place to go find decent records. Very friendly and helpful staff. Found a few records in great condition that were not in my collection. Will check it out in a month or so to see what I missed. ;

I find it weird that their novels aren't really well organized. Good luck trying to browse by a specific genre. Even if you take the time to look through them, they don't seem to have a good selection. The impression is that the books provide very little profit and are there mostly for decoration. It's unfortunate, but I suppose I can't blame them. Their rent is likely to be absurd.

There are not many places like this left in Toronto. It's from a bygone era where you can purchase records and books. Hopefully it has a long life for the nostalgic Shoppers who don't like to do things online. Plus it gives Roncesvalles bills a bit of extra character. It is hard to imagine that it will still be there in 5 years. But here's hoping!

Great selection of vinyl and they pay fair prices to buy yours too - just make sure it's interesting and in excellent condition like mine was!. Very friendly service.
