Overall, I really enjoyed the food. It was refreshing and tasty. I especially liked the fried brussel sprouts in white butter. It had no bitter taste and was crunchy. The halloumi cheese is also scrumptious but they were rather stingy on the amount. The service, however, will need some improvement. At the beginning, the waiter already told us we had the table for two hours which we acknowledged. During the meal, we constantly felt pressured that they wanted the table back which made us uncomfortable. We weren’t able to fully enjoy our meal because of this.

I've been here three times in the past couple of months for brunch, safe to say it's a new favourite. Everything I've tried has been delicious and super satisfying. I definitely need to try the dinner menu sometime, but the brunch is SO GOOD with such creative flavours and middle-eastern twists on the usual dishes... I can't say no! The vibe is great, the drinks are fantastic, the staff are super attentive and helpful. Can't say enough good things, honestly!

The food was amazing, we had the octopus salad, calamari salad, the lamb shawarma, and of course fries! We left full and happy!! No problems finding parking for dinner time although they do have valet for $15. The service was very good as well! Highly recommend!!

Incredible food!! Everything was mouthwatering. For brunch, I recommend the çilbir- absolutely delicious. The baklawa pancakes are great for sharing wouldn’t recommend for one person. Be sure to book a reservation because it gets packed very quickly. The floor manager or owner not sure, was extremely nice. He helped us get a table although we didn’t book a reservation on such a busy day. Highly recommend this spot! It was easy to find street parking in the neighbourhood too.

We had a reservation for 8 people for the brunch. The food was ok but I didn't really like my choice La Merguez. The cocktails menu is simple and pretty basic but tasty. The problem is that although we had the table for 2 hours, 30 minutes before they were already telling that there was another group coming and the waiters were constantly around our table after that so we didn't really appreciate that constant pressure. Poor experience. The place for me is small. The lamb is too salty and there is little portion. Since my brunch combo only consists of lamb, egg and bread, I would like to order a salad separately but it turns out that I can only order a salad combo, which is another brunch combo. What a bad setting. The only good thing is that the bread is tasty to some extent.

This is a gem in Griffintown. 1st time I walked in I was pleasantly surprised. The unassuming outside does not do the atmosphere justice. Lovely looking bar, and has cozy booths for larger groups. The food is fantastic. Everything looks wonderful and tastes better. Everything is fresh and plated well. There is care in their food and you can taste it. If you want a nice dinner with friends and family, or are going on a date for a drink, Shay is a great choice. Treat yourself to a little surprise, you will be glad you took the time to try it.

When you enter the restaurant, everything looks so chic. The menu prices are, however, pretty reasonable. Our waitress, Rachel, was super nice. I got a cappuccino and it was really good. For the main dish, I got a shakshouka. There was a lot, I couldn’t finish it all. I think the amount of naan they gave wouldn’t be enough for all the sauce there was - even though I couldn’t finish it all. The overall experience was pretty good!

Very unique drinks, and an amazing assortment of dishes! The portions were much larger than expected not complaining, and we had to take the rest home. Great service. Would definitely recommend!

Don't tell anyone but this is the best restaurant in town. Intimate, elegant, impeccable and the food is extraordinary. We have gone twice this month since discovering this gem. But seriously, keep it from your friends, I want to be able to have a table next time I go.Food: 5/5
