Very disappointing I ordered from here today and my wor wonton soup was barely edible. It was mostly noodles not wontons, broccoli, cauliflower and fake crab stick. There were only 3 small wontons in the soup. It was pricey so I thought that I was going to get a high quality soup...instead I was really disappointed and had to go to the Southcentre food court so I was no longer hungry so my expectations are not high haha.

Lunch special beef pho and salad roll $16.99 . Salad rolls were ok , pho was good small bowl enough for lunch . Fast service . Place had three tables plus mine at 12:30 on a Monday. Interior seems a little run down could use a revamp.

Such a cute little place to come by if you’re ever in the Deep South . They have a beautiful extra large fish tank with exotic fish that will definitely capture the children’s attention. The ambiance is cute and cosy as well as very clean. Foods is exceptionally tasty with many levels of flavours you must try number 13 sauté beef with extra spring roll, Definitely has a kick to it was so much flavour. The prices are fantastic if you need a little night out with a family or just a quick bite try their sautéed beef subs as well. Great Job!

Beef noodle soup is great! Be mindful of sizes though, I think the changed so there is an extra large which has standard amount of broth. Subs are great, my favorite at least. Staff is great and there is lots of seating.Food: 5/5

The restaurant used to be good, now it is way overpriced for what you get. The quality has gone way down, very disappointing, we won’t be back. I ordered 3 wonton soup’s, it cost me $30, which would be fine if it was a large size, it was not large at all!

I feel like I’ve tried most of the pho spots in the city, it’s my favourite food. I’ve never had such disappointing pho as the sate beef here. It has no beef flavour to speak of and just tasted strongly of black pepper, which is a flavour Ive never experienced in pho. It was really bad. One of the few bowls of pho i didnt make it even half way through. Extremely disappointing.

Best vegan Vietnamese sub I’ve ever had. Great vegan options. Nice people. Salad rolls were amazing and the accommodation for my diet was much appreciated.

We've only ordered delivery from them but so far experience has been good. They make good subs, and although the rice is pretty expensive compared to other Vietnamese restaurants the portions are BIG, so you definitely still get your money's worth.Food: 4/5

Food is really good and the servers are really nice they gave me and my brother the food we wanted rice bowl and for my brother and rice and meat for me and it was all really good.Food: 5/5

I always have worries when a Vietnamese restaurant doesn't have tripe on the menu. My girlfriend satay soup wasn't as hot as my special soup, she got a small and I got extra large, not worth the price difference. There was no tripe, no cilantro, and no basil but lots of onions. The meat I had wasn't much and poor quality. The bathroom was old and dirty, and the dining room wasn't particularly clean. The staff had all the personality of a wet dish cloth. Thankfully I didn't get sick but I still will not be back.
