Second best spicy beef satay and spring rolls in town imo. If you prefer a deep red/ginger beef satay this is the place in the south! Spring rolls are fantastic aswell, good sweet and salty Vietnamese roll. Very similar to oriental Phoenix

Just average. The food came out REALLY fast which to me just means it's sitting under a heater?.. Had to ask for water twice. The spring rolls were really good tho and they were very strict with their covid regulations which is good.

It was good. Had the pho for a late lunch, and it was very standard. Nothing bad, nothing great for $11.50. The vacuuming did put our conversation off for a bit but bus was slow. There are a couple of places in the area very close which rank higher in my opinion.

Great food at a great price. Their vermicelli dishes are "pho" king tasty!

The food here is excellent! And they have the best Spring Rolls in the city. The staff is also very friendly, will definitely be returning.
