Quick response to our initial enquiry and good communication including clear information re charges, potential issues and possible options. Needed a boiler service after another local company failed to show twice. Quick booking, clear communication. Chris is very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Some points for improvement: - Showed up over an hour early with no  heads up. Caught me in a meeting which I was able to rearrange so no big deal but a little notice would be nice - Oily drip marking the wall inside the boiler cupboard left behind - Previously used companies usually checked the carbon monoxide alarms in the house as part of the gas safety checks, this was not done  But these are minor, overall very happy with the service, will use again.

The work was absolutely fine professional/tidy...etc and the labour cost seemed reasonable.  No problems with that side but the parts fitted weren't great.  Had a shower replaced and ended up putting the old shower head back on because the new one was so tiny.  Also had a toilet seat replaced, which we ended up replacing ourselves again the next day because the one they put in felt very cheap and flimsy.  Wouldn't have an issue using them again/recommending them for the work they did but have definitely learned a lesson about buying the fittings ourselves first and just getting them to install them.Service:&nbsp;Shower installation
