Roto-Rooter

I only deal with Roto Rooter. They are always straightforward with their information regarding my renovations and respectful with keeping us up to date with exactly when they are going to show up for an appointment. Really like both the plumbers and the administration of this company.

We had arranged an inspection for miday on the Thursday but discovered a major hitch early evening on the Wednesday, after office hours. We immediately emailed to to cancel but of course expected to pay the admin fee for lack of notice to cancel. They very kindly and graciously wiaved the fee which would have been quite fairly charged as their time would have been allocated to our booking with them. We very impressed with their attutude and will certainly be using them in the future.

While trying to replace a shower faucet cartridge I mistakenly broke the supply line and had water spraying all over the place. Rob came and managed to get the hot and cold supply taps turned off so that we could have the water on overnight. He came back the next day and did a great job of completing the repair.

Two plumbing companies in my area did not bother to return my calls. Roto-Rooter in Parksville came through with flying colours. They will be my plumbers from now on. Thank you!
