I would highly recommend Shaw Insurance to anyone looking to get commercial or personal insurance coverages. I registered my commercial vehicle with Shaw Insurance this past summer. I found their prices competitive and the customer service from my representative was outstanding. The process of registering was painless and I didn't even need to go in to the office. Over the winter I was out of the country and my truck was written off in a bad accident. My agent at Shaw Insurance made sure that everything was taken care of for me when I returned. Past that I leased a new vehicle shortly after my return. My agent again was able to register my new vehicle, transfer the old policy and make sure that I could get the vehicle on the road right away. I am forever thankful to Shaw and their staff for the customer service, attention to detail and care that they have for their clients. I would highly recommend them!

I was referred to Shaw Insurance by a friend from work even though I was not looking to change insurance companies. I have been with my previous insurance company for 11 years. But after an inquiry and timely quote (which was lower than what I was paying) I decided to change to Shaw Insurance. So I made the switch to save money...but my experiences have been so pleasant...and i am beyond satisfied with the personal service that the lower rates are no longer the deciding factor on staying with Shaw Insurance!!! By far the best insurance company I have ever dealt with!!! Give them a chance!!! You will be impressed too!!! :)

Everyone in the office is AMAZING! They work so well together. No one likes paying for insurance but they make it a pleasurable experience. I have dealt with June and Felicia myself and both are INCREDIBLE. They are always there to answer questions and work through any issues. I couldn't be happier with the service!

I often thought of buying insurance as a chore. But I was looking around for a new agency when my existing provider wasn't a good fit anymore. Their new location on 50th street is gorgeous! Warm and inviting! When I stopped it, I was offered a seat and coffee. After a quick conversation and meeting my new advisor, Felicia, she set up a time to come to my office. I was so impressed to be treated like I mattered and that my time was important. Felicia was quick, pleasant and professional. My quote came back with better coverage than my previous provider. Since being their customer, they have checked in to ensure my policy is covering my needs, and that I am aware of new products and services. I haven't been treated so well by an insurance company before. They clearly love what they do. Thank you!

The staff at Shaw Insurance are amazing. We have saved $1000's of dollars using them! I also recommend this business to my Wedding & Event Planning Clients, as most are required to obtain PAL (Party & Alcohol Liability) Insurance. I know that I can count on the staff at Shaw to help out my clients in a prompt and professional manner. Highly recommend them!!!
