First time to try at this location which the tea were all good as other locations but I wasn't happy with the service. They should be more friendly and helpful. No smile, nothing and when I asked for the bag because I ordered 3 drinks which I can't carry all cause I also had a lot of stuffs and toddlers so can't trust them to carry drinks. She just looked at me like what?? I had to ask a couple times for her to give me a bag. So I don't feel welcome here when you weren't busy at all. I love the one close to Guildford mall because they were so nice and the best customer service there. I won't go back, not only one bubble tea shop I can visit
I am only leaving this review for the customer service I received at this location. I did not get a chance to try their bubble tea here at this location because the worker refused to let me substitute from Oolong tea to green tea for my strawberry tea drink. The worker noted while jokingly laughing that it was against policy, when I have always switched fruit tea’s from Oolong to green tea at all other Share tea locations. Just moved to Langley and wanted this share tea to be my bubble tea spot, but I will not be returning.
This is the best bubble tea shop nearby. Customer service was great! Nice flavors and variety of bubble tea. The taste is perfect, Classic milk tea is the best!
I like the mango green tea without sugar and 30% ice with pearls. It is refreshing and not that sweet, it's just the right taste.
Horrible service! Ordered via Uber but for some reason the staff couldn't make sure that a straw was sent with the order. Can't drink the bubble tea without straw so I pretty much got cheated out of my money for this purchase. I called in and spoke to Gavin?. He did absolutely nothing to help other than to say "oh well, guess there's nothing that can be done." Avoid this place. They don't care about their customers so spend your money where they appreciate you.
I ordered a Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea, normally I'm not much of a tea drinker but this was the absolute bomb. Ice wasn't overkill, wasn't overly sweet for my taste at least, and the price for a large was fairly reasonable with how much you got. By the time my tea was done, there was still extra pearls which I absolutely loved. They were really quick with my order, waited maybe a total of 2 1/2 minutes. Honestly my new favourite place for bubble tea.
The bubble tea taste so delicious! The service is very friendly and in a satisfiable manner. Would definitely come back again!
I’m a regular at other ShareTea locations in Vancouver but so far for this store, I have only ordered through UberEats. Our bubble tea orders have been delicious! I recommend the Okinawa Milk Tea with Pearl for those who love a rich milk tea and their mojito series for those who prefer a refreshing, fruity drink. I am giving them a 4 star rating at this time as I would need to see how their service is in store. Happy to have a ShareTea in Langley!
I have had 2 of the chocolate chip bubble teas. They are delicious and just the right size and sweetness. I don't want the chocolate chips, so they give me extra boba pearls instead. So yummy! Thank you, I'll be back!
Staff are always so welcoming. I like how they are fast and consistent with making their drinks!
