Came to celebrate a friends birthday and Eden was not pleasant whatsoever. Terrible attitude, not friendly and really ruined the experience for us. Took about 15 minutes to acknowledge us for drink orders when she was serving other tables in her section. Seems she lacks urgency, dropped off our food and didn’t return with condiments until we were finished. Dropped off the bill and did not return with a machine for almost 20 minutes. Rolled her eyes at us when we didn’t leave a tip after the horrendous service we received. As a restaurant manager myself I was appalled. We settled up with her and moved sections so we could enjoy our time and the karaoke was great along with the excellent service from the bartenders. Great atmosphere!
I've always enjoyed the chicken wings at Shannons, but let me tell you.. they've changed them up not sure when and WHOLLY, they are by far my favourite in the city hands down. The hot sauce has the perfect amount of heat and tastes incredible; the curry flavour is also to absolutely die for. They are large and prepared to the perfect level of crisp. I'm actually surprised they don't advertise them more... this is the cities best kept secret when it comes to chicken wings, no question.
Had a great pint and fish and chips meal here. Located in the basement of the building which was a surprise…but a very unique location. There was a jazz trio playing in the stage. Food was awesome, location good, and overall feel was good.
Was there late afternoon on a Saturday, there was a Celtic band playing. Friendly waitress, very attentive, didn't have to wait long between drinks. The food was excellent as always I had the wings
Food is good, chicken wings are very good. Sam was very kind. I would rate higher stars but it was so loud to hear myself and friends talking. We had to shout, then we left for quiet place
Mike was so wonderful, still drunk and typing this. The service is insanely wonderful and this has honestly been my best bar experience in a long time. Thank you so much to the staff for a great time!
Yummy whiskey sours, great gent served me at the bar and looked after me all evening. All there servers were so nice and kind. I always have a good time here. Will mostly definitely be going back.
Best Irish Coffee I've ever had. Food was delicious. Had to ask a server if we could get more drinks, that was a slight inconvenience. They do have a full bar. No live music while we were there.... plenty of TVs for sporting events.
Great watering hole for casual drinks or a group gathering. Had a lot of fun doing karaoke on Saturday night!
Great little pub, tucked away in the lower levels of the Delta block. Karaoke was pretty good, and the bourbon selection is respectable. Always had a fun time there.
