Browns Socialhouse - Kildonan Green

Wait was rather long for food also wait for refilled drinks was long and not offered only when reached out to waitress. Ordered dry ribs and calamari and then only told after a almost 20 min wait that they are out of it. After a finding something else i would be ok with insted i decided on Sesame Ginger Gyoza .. they then said oh were out of that too. Did not place another order after that. A friend at the table ordered a burger ,the Gravy ordered with the fries was cold and like jelly. Also waited 40 min for an order of Parmesan fries and the Spicy fried chicken/pickles .. Then finnaly after arrival and a few pieces eaten,they found that the chicken really tastes like nothing. Lastly other friend at the table ordered spicy tuna roll... The rice was way over cooked causing the rolls to be super pasty/gummy Overall was a terrible experience .. This is Browns located off Plessis. Have not had a bad experience at the Main street location.

We had a good table, perfect size for our little group and accommodated the car seat. My Blackened Chicken Caesar was to die for! So much flavor.. plenty of food too!! The photo does not do it justice!! Yum!

This place never disappoints! Menu is filled with great snd delicious options. Try the carrot cake for dessert, it's the best I have ever had!Food: 5/5

Great service, beautiful atmosphere, delicious and authentic meals, great drinks! I have spent many Birthdays, dates, grad celebrations, and have also come as a regular because Browns Social House on Plessis is quick, reliable, and unique. All of the staff are extremely kind, outgoing, and hardworking. Regardless of how busy the restaurant is, the food comes in fresh and fast. I cherish many memories spent here. Management have always been spectacular and put together such a great team! This restaurant is one you can feel comfortable in, enjoy a meal because their is certainly something on the menu for everybody, whether you enjoy pasta, classic burgers and fries, fish or sushi, fresh salad and soup, or simple handheld foods. They also play great music! Browns is suitable for lunch, dinner, or late night drinks to watch the game!

I ordered fish&chips. One of the 2 pieces of fish wasn't good and hard as stone. When the waitress came to ask how it tasted, I pointed to the fish and showed my displeasure. With 'I'm so sorry' she left the table. Well, maybe she'll give me a discount, but nothing ! This is absolutely not customer-friendly, because for the price you should actually be able to expect good quality !

Good staff, good food. The appetizers and drinks are good. The only downside is the steak, tough as hell even for a medium rare. Will be back, but will not order steak again.

Enjoyed some apps and drinks with a friend on the patio and it was really nice! We didn't have to wait long considering it was full when we got there. Service was good and prompt, but also must consider there was no one inside. These three apps were delicious although the bigger pieces of Cauliflower had a bad taste similar to alcohol, not sure if it was the batter or something else. A bit pricey for small portions but overall was decent.

Had a good time with a friend here. They have lots of appetizer options. A little bit on the pricier side and I worry they be understaffed, but it was tasty and enjoyableFood: 4/5

Was just followed to my car after my dinner at this location by the manager Cam Wilkie - I called after we drove away to ask his nameas I was in complete shock while we were being accused of walking out on our bill. When I opened my car window for him and he rudely accused us of leaving without paying. We explained that we left money on the table with a 20% tip as well. He then walked away back to the restaurant. I called out the window are you at least going to say sorry and he just shook his head and ignored us and returned to the restaurant. He then phoned me back after I called to ask his name and tried to justify it by saying he never actually looked to see if there was money left on the table. Only once I said I was going to be leaving a review did he start to apologize. We are fairly regular customers and live in the area it’s unfortunate that we can no longer enjoy one of our favourite places to eat close to home. Thanks for ruining our Friday night Cam

Everything was great; unfortunately the Florida Chicken sandwich had a very thin piece of chicken in it. Flavour was excellent but very thin piece of chicken.Food: 3/5
