Wow, absolute crap service! Placed an order for a set of lockers. Simple. right? you would think. The sales guy I got was absolutely incompetent! screwed up my order and took 4 months to re-order. I had to continuously call in to see if he got my order right. My biggest mistake? believing that this company was an expert in their field. I'm sorry to have to write such a deplorable review but if the CEO or manager is reading this, you need to seriously look at your employee's level of training. I'm sure you are proud of your company and what you would like it to stand for but this poor level of customer care is pathetic. Not only will I never think about ordering from you guys, I will discourage all builders and contractors from using Shanahans. That is unless you want sub par customer service. how can a company even function like this is beyond me. I'm sure there are some in the company that are competent and good at what they do, but you can only be as good as your weakest link and wow, you sure have that in spades.

Never have had a ruder person ever in any business than Rob who is a salesman claims he’s the manager the worst possible inhuman service ever!! He should be fired shaman as will not get business with someone like that awful rude person on board! Horrible!!!

Absolute horrible service. Was given their number to get our door replaced who originally did the doors for this apartment when it was built. Person on the phone was incompetent and clearly not interested in helping us out. He was also in a rush to get off the phone. Person on the phone said they don't have any wood doors when on the website it clearly shows they do have them. Definitely not worth your while in contacting them for any help or service.

very bad customer service.long delays with service nd replies through email. looks like all the sales department absolutely in ignorance the customers and email service. this is not a business which has customer care.

Good selection & fair pricing. I provided picture with measurements of what I needed and they replied same day with availability, thank-you.
