Knowledgeable regarding car key cutting. Made sure I didn't cut the wrong type of key and explained the difference. Also let me know which parts not to forget when swapping out the guts to a new shell. Excellent price.

They weren't able to make me a 2nd car key due to its specialist nature but took the time to figure out what I needed and point me to the right place. Very knowledgeable.

Simply awesome! The guys at coastal know their stuff. Had an old worn out key that was causing me trouble and they used the key code to cut a new one. Works like a dream! These guys are experts and have very fair prices.

no stars from me. Paid over $400.00 to have a programmable lock installed in August 2016. Within days it was discovered that one key was sticking. They came back and confirmed that the keypad was faulty. Would come back with a replacement (never did). 4 months later the faulty key fell off. They came back and said I broke it by pulling the stuck key out. Told me I had to take it up with the manufacturer. In the end I bought another lock from Rona, took the defective lock to Coastal and was reluctantly given $100.00 back. Still insisting it was "not their problem"
