Hello, I don't know where to start and what to talk about?! I'm just saying that it was very delicious and it reminds me of my homeland. You can judge for yourself, everything is visible in the photo, the color and glaze of the food, the design and the taste of the staff. Fresh food, quality material, great taste, active and energetic staff, small and friendly environment. The taste of food and its taste is a personal taste, but judging should be completely fair and personal matters should not be involved in it.
Ordered kobedeih to dine in, the guy made my kebab in front of me with 99 percent attention to phone and scratching. No gloves no mask or hair net while handling food. Taste was good and portion of rice was more than enough. They need to respect food and customers
So, this was the worst thing I ever tasted in Toronto! I did not finish my meal, paid 14 bucks and just left the place. They call this invention "Shawarma platter"...Didn't even resemble the real thing. Do us a favor and stick to your Persian recipes. Leave shawarma alone. Disappointed, big time! P.s. I had fried onion peels mixed in that magic invention.
The food was well seasoned, juicy and cooked perfectly, The staff were friendly and helpful, Long menu and different delicious Iranian cuisines
Went here with a few coworkers for the first time. Most of us got the koobideh. The koobideh was tasty. Juicy and flavourful. The rice was also nice. We also had baklava, which was the best part for me as it was made fresh that morning. I'm only giving three stars for two main reasons. One - we waited over 30 mins for our meals. We watched them make it and it looked like he was moving in slow motion. Two - the value wasn't great. You're spending a decent amount for not much food. The place also doesn't really have much of an ambiance, but it's a small place, so not a big deal. I would recommend coming here if you like good food, have A LOT of time to wait for the food, and are willing to spend some money.
The owner and worker are very friendly and helpful! I ordered the vaziri and I really liked the portion of meat to rice and it tasted delicious! I think it’s a great price compared to other Persian restaurants near by and I would highly recommend visiting : merci for the fantastic food and service.
Used to order from other branches, everything was fine. This time tried this lication, my first and last order for sure. Total disaster. Food was bad, service and respect was non-existent. Ordered more than $100 online on their website. Called after 40 minutes to follow up, the lady on the phone even could not find my order. Then she said found your order and that my order was coming. After another 50 minutes, nothing! Called to follow up: right after I said I was waiting for my order so long, the guy said you got the number wrong, you probably wanted to talk to another branch. Not even asking who I was and what my order was! Just trying to say "not my problem" After convinced that my order was placed at their branch, he rudely said it was sent out half an hour ago 55 minutes after I put my order online and this is not my problem and it is the issue with doordash who brings your food. Not accepting any of the responsibility and being so much disorganized. No appologies, no empathy, just repeating it is not our problem. The review is for their rude and unprofessional behavior. Kebabs also came burnt outside and raw inside, as the posted picture.
This may be the best Persian food in the City— and this is coming from a super picky Middle Easterner! Their koobideh is to die for, extremely juicy and flavourful. Their chicken is also amazing. If you go here you must also get their Ghormeh Sabzi, reminds me of how my mom used to make it growing up, so warm, delicious and clearly made with love. The owners are so kind as well, their hospitality is unmatched and truly give the place a soul. They made sure we were okay & threw in a few extra things for us to enjoy! VERY generous portions as well. I will be coming here again with all my friends. I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough— you have to give it a try. To the owners: THANK YOU! P.s. excuse the half eaten food, we couldn’t wait!
Hey fellas . I have been eating in this restaurant due to be so close to my residency .as far as I noticed , prior to your arrival to the counter , you are utterly witnessed of well mannered staff reaction to your presence and furthermore there is a guy cooking kebab stuff so fast via concentration as a multi-task individual ever with the most health care process while working. On top of that , providing prompt orders with the outmost quality for instance , watery koobideh , amazing stews in which you’re uplifted to come check by regularly .
I love shatter abbas, but i usually ordered from the St. Clair location. Ordered the 2 skw of koobideh with rice and the veal tounge sandwich. I also asked for extra extra butter. But what did I got instead? 0 butter, my sandwich became wrap and it’s small, the rice for my koobideh is only a handful size of adult’s hand. I dont know if it’s because a different location or they change the portion but it’s very sad. I ordered from uber and paid $60 for dissapointment. Mind you, the picture for the veal tounge on uber IS A SANDWICH not a wrap. Also, I paid $23.49 plus tax for this little wrap.
