I went at Shaan Tandoori with friends for the very first time and as we went inside there was no customer. First we thought, this is not a happening place but we want to take a chance and ordered Chicken Tandoori & Chicken Tikka. Although, it took some time to prepare the order but when it came, they didn’t make us disappointed. They have option to serve rice or bread with the order. It was yumm! Till that time entire restaurant was filled up and we were like our initial thought was wrong. We asked them to take more orders but they told us to wait as it will take time to prepare as there are lots of occupied tables who are waiting fir their order. Thats the only thing which they need to improve. Taste was good and it was not that costly. Many orders were for take away also.
Excellent food and excellent service !!! It was so incredibly delicious, and I could not recommend this place more!!!!!! And definitely had more than enough to take home for a second meal :D Please give this place a try if you are thinking of going; I promise you you won't regret it!!!! Also, the vegetarian option is amaaaazing !! And the nan is HUGE !!
Colour of food looks good but food was tasteless ,lack of flavours not even salty n spicy at all, saag was sour and bitter taste old , cauliflower was oops far away from restaurant style , in kofta they add same bhaji pakora which supposed to be different and not taste of sugar and spice in it at all . Naans were super thick.I was excited to eat indian food but they spoiled my dinner date. Vegetarian options: Taste nothing

Although I didn’t book any place over there, Ahmad accepted us. It was really nice and cozy. He let us to bring our wine and enjoy it. The price was reasonable. My order was for 2 people but it was too much and I think it was for 4 person .
Good food. Not so expensive. Would recommend to pick up instead instead of delivery. Delivery takes time and you get discount on pick up. Food a bit oily though. But nice flavour. Recommend the lamb Briani- very good portion. Can share with 2 person. Recommended dishesLamb Curry, Biryani
Tried a dozen different dishes here, every single one is delicious. Yesterday evening I tried the Lasa Kabob for the first time - its our new favourite! Dishes are affordable and the owner always takes the time to ask how we're doing despite being so busy
The food and the service - absolutely impeccable! The food was super tasty, ample, and served at a perfect temperature. The naan is the best I ever had! And I absolutely love their chicken Jal-frezi! The service was very friendly, curteous. Although we arrived just one hour before closing, we were never rushed. In fact, we were three different tables who left a good hour after their closing time. We will definetely go back!
I am from Toronto and I’ve been to a lot of Indian restaurant! Visited to Montreal and decided to try Shaan Tandoori! I have to say that this is by far the best Indian restaurant that I’ve ever been to! The food was exceptional and the portion size was good! Had the butter chicken and lamb curry! They were both full of flavour! Both the staff and the cook were very professional and polite! I highly recommend this Indian restaurant! I know I will definitely be back!
Always accomodating and friendly. While other places are increasing their prices and/or decreasing the portions, Shaan has maintained their prices and they don't skimp on the portions. Thank you for being fair! *March 2022: Ceylon chicken is amazing! Just make sure to tell them to not add sugar to the ceylon chicken and butter chicken Or any dish for that matter. The mulligatawny soup is very flavourful but also inconsistent from one visit to the next. Last time there was too much fennel and far too much salt. *Dec 2021: Still the best around. *Best indian food on the south shore. Very polite staff. *
