Great value at lunch buffet. All the usual fare you would see. Popular dishes like butter chicken, biryanis or saag paneer are there. Tasty with just a hint of spice to wake up the senses. The naan lacks a bit of that stretchiness that my family loves so much but overall really pleased for the price. The sitting area is comfortable, clean and welcoming. Staff is great.
Hi Excellent east Indian cuisine at Jabeen's cuisine . We took the all you can eat buffet . Was an excellent choice the butter chicken is delicious . The combo with Naan bread is great . Everything that I took in the buffet was good Plenty of parking, restaurant clean . Waitress was friendly Cheers Mike
This place is a hidden gem that I stumbled across by accident. I ordered through Uber for delivery and they had a meal package which had a little bit of everything. The prices was very reasonable and I loved most of the food. I have one reservation when it comes to the naan, it is flat and not full of air pockets and just kind of mediocre. I have tried other Indian restaurants in Brossard which have way better naan bread. The salad was just from a bag with basic commercial dressing.
One star is for the interior of the store. I went because of the reviews but was very disappointed: we got buffet snd the food seemed so old. Everything was cold. My kids love Tikka chicken but i did not even get it bez of the way it looked, looked all dry an old. Viryani was like white rice with color, no taste. Korma, butter chicken biryani all were fail. The only thing i could eat was the gulab jamun.
Food is good. Nice place. Be careful when you asked to take out the leftovers as they do not pack the food properly and my daughter clothes were all ruined with the sauce that was coming out the container.
I have been eating Indian food for decades – both here and in India – so I can be a bit critical of generic-type Indian food. Let me begin by saying that that is NOT on offer at Jabeen’s Cuisine. [If this review is tldr for you, here’s the short version: good prices, delicious food, courteous service even on the phone! and something different from usual Indian restaurant fare. Highly recommended!] I ordered from there this past weekend, as it was our anniversary. It was the first time I tried the place, so I ordered a large variety of items. The first thing I noticed was that they had written a cute, personalized little welcome message on the paper bags. The aroma was mouth-watering, so we dug right in. I’ll start with the appetizers. I ordered the meat samosas, Chicken 65 and the fish pakoras. The meat samosas were crisp flavourful packets of well-spiced meat with a lovely thin pastry. The delectable morsels of the Chicken 65 was also a big hit with just the right amount of zing. I had never had fish pakoras before, but I certainly will again! They are firm chunks of fish, spiced, battered and deep fried. Each one was a joy to bite into. For mains, we had the chicken tikka masala, lamb korma, beef biriyani, the assorted tandoori platter and butter chicken which they threw in for free!. The chicken tikka masala was somewhat different from others I have eaten, but delicious. The lamb korma was also a bit different – with a darker luscious sauce -- but we practically fought over the remaining sauce after we had devoured the scrumptious, tender pieces of lamb. The beef biryani was very flavourful and perfectly cooked. On to the tandoori platter. It’s a nice variety of flavours. The tasty chicken and beef kababs reminded me of shammi kababs in texture. The fish, shrimp and lamb chops disappeared in record time. As for the butter chicken, well that’s another one we fought over to dunk our naans into the rich sauce! Our vegetable accompaniments consisted of salad, mixed veggies, dal and channa masala, all four offering a nice contrast, with the mixed veggies perfectly cooked to that tender-crisp level. We ordered both regular tandoor and garlic naan. Along with the basmati rice, they were perfect for soaking up all the delicious gravies and sauces. I have to admit that we ate the desserts – mango cake, pistachio cake and gulab jamuns – another day. We were just too full. But not too full to end with the paan – I haven’t had paan since I last visited India! Bottom line: DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS EXPERIENCE!
We ordered the combo for 2 and it was a lot of food!!! Unfortunately the butter chicken was very small and not very tasty. Also they gave too much naan and rice. The Biryani beef was good! The price was affordable. I've been to many Indian places but after eating there I felt very bloated, maybe some ingredient. Service is good and parking is easy Parking: In front
Worst Indian Ever had In Canada. From last 6 years. Selling chicken tikka in pav bhaji gravy and nans were dry as rock
Food is just a m a z i n g ! Super tasty and generous portions. Thanks!!!Food: 5/5
I went to dine with my family last week. Their food is great and tasty. I highly recommend their butter chicken. The owner was really nice to us and employees were very hospitable. I will definitely visit again.
