Sewall House Yoga Retreat

I can't say enough about Sewall House Yoga Retreat. Donna is a warm, gracious host. Her staff are equally generous and accommodating. the food is healthy AND delicious. Truly a 5-star location for the soul!

Everything about the Sewell House experience was uplifting: the yoga classes; the food; the morning meditation, and the quiet time spent reading on the porch.

Sewall House truly is a unique experience. Every detail of my stay was perfect - the yoga classes challenged me but in such a small setting I felt like I got the instruction that was just right for me. The vegetarian food was unbelievable - I've never had food that tasted so fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the day trips out to the lake or hiking along the area's many scenic trails. I'd definitely go back, and in fact, I AM!

This is the place for people seeking a high quality retreat in a simple natural setting. The site is small and beautifully kept up, within walking distance of a lake and small stores. Hosts, are outstanding and geared to each individual's goals. The Yoga classes are taught by Donna who has years of experience teaching with students from the very beginner to the advanced. Kent is an accomplished musician and amazing vegetarian cook. I highly recommend Sewall House to individuals, small groups and families. After a one visit you will surely want to return again and again.
