This place is awesome. Knowledgeable, fantastic staff, great bouldering, solid gym set up, and high quality drinks. A perfect combo.

Best bouldering gym ever! We always have a great time at seven bays. The food and drinks are great, and the staff is great. Overall awesome place with a sweet vibe.

Loved it here. The staff was amazing and their presentation/suggestion for the coffees was spectacular. Felt like I was at an art exhibit the way they explained everything down to the detail. 10/10.

Unique minimalist cafe with a great breakfast burrito and even better iced matcha. Whatever soy milk they use is one of the best I’ve had as well as my boyfriend says seven bays has the best drip coffee in all of Halifax and believe me we’ve tried nearly every cafe. Thanks for existing !

Friendly and helpful staff. Good coffee, great salad and awesome atmosphere. Amazing gym. Superb boulder problem setting. Insane workout groups - my abs are aching.
