I contacted Servpro on Saturday, July 8, 2017 around 6:00 p.m. The gentleman who answered took all of my information (name, address, telephone number, etc.) and said someone will contact me within the hour. I have yet to receive that phone call. He verified my phone number so I know this wasn't a case of not having the correct number. I have to wonder if it's because I live in the City (Flint) and they don't want our business.

When I needed to get repairs done from the flood, I started doing some research into all the local companies. I ended up hiring someone else that promised the job would be done in just a few days. However weeks later the job was still not done. That’s when I called this company and these guys were able to get all the work done fast. Thanks Servpro.
