I use this place all of time and have been doing so for about 12 years. The staff is friendly and things are done right. *be sure to get their coupons to save money, it makes a big difference.

Disappointed. Took "dry clean only" curtains to this Pro Clean and they melted the thermal rubber backing off of them. Staff was eager to take our money but apparently they don't know enough about drying cleaning. Sorry I didn't research before dropping off the curtains! Will never use their services again.

A-MA-ZING!!!! PROCLEN SAVED THE DAY! I took a dress to Troy clenaers downtown Flushing and received horrible service. They mutilated my dress and wouldn't even give me my money back after I'd waited three days for it to get done. In a last-ditch effort I took the dress to proclean The women there were super friendly and incredibly helpful. When I came to pick up my dress it looked brand new! Asolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend proclean. In less than 24 hours they solved my problem and saved the day!

Clean laundromat, lots of big washers... Needs better dryers though
