The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They did great work and gave me a fair price. I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this service. I could not have gotten the same result if I tried to do the work myself.

We have had several opportunities to use Servpro. These were all emergency situations when rapid reaction was needed to prevent further damage. In each and every case, they were extremely prompt in their response and professional in their handling of our issues. They worked with us to get all cleanup done quickly while working around our schedules. The team answered our questions, and they were receptive to our requests. Not only were the field teams exceptional, but the office staff was equally professional in their handling of our situations. They worked well with our insurance company to get the claims resolved quickly. Their service to us has been excellent and we highly recommend them.

I am so very impressed with Bob Nichols and his entire crew at ServPro of Kankakee. They are very caring, cheerful, conscientious, polite , efficient and professional. I've used Servpro services in other areas of the country but this is the best my family has experienced. Servpro has cleaned our furnace ducts and cleaned our carpets. They were quick, courteous and extremely efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this franchise. Mr. Nichols should be very proud of his people and their work ethic. If you have any doubts about using Servpro of Kankakee just put that thought behind you and call them. I guarantee you will not regret it but you'll experience the way you should be treated as a customer. I am a very very satisfied customer and they will get all my business in the future without any doubt.

I called them to come out to do some cleaning from water damage. They were on time and very professional. The cost was very affordable. I will be a repeat customer and will recommend them to anyone.
