They don't explain in detail what they were going to do and after the water damage clean up they wanted me to wait five days to clean the carpet.

They are not professional company. I will never use them again!!! 
I do not recommend this company.

Had a frozen burst pipe and a big mess over the winter.  SERVPRO came to the rescue and took care of it all.  Highly recommended!
