Provider was on time. Service was good but I was perturbed in that tech did not wear protective covering for his sneakers. Yes. The tech is cleaning the carpet wearing his street sneakers on my carpet. Just a heads up. Carpet looks good however.

Great job getting  huge black stains out of our off-white carpet! Thought we would have to buy a new carpet, but Mike got it out!
