Terrible service I've been to this location several times and it appears that the employee there finds ways not to serve you. I've attend other services Ontario locations after not being helped in Watford with the exact same documentation and had no trouble being helped. This has happened to me at least half a dozen times. If I could I would have given it zero stars but sadly you need to give at least 1 in order to post a review.
