I had a great experience at the Service Ontario Strathroy location thanks to Lee Anne! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the whole process. It made what could have been a stressful visit very quick and easy. I was there for a vehicle registration transfer and Lee-Anne was very knowledgeable and helpful. Really appreciated her positivivity, friendliness and helpfulness. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience!!

Kerry was exceptional at helping me change my name on my health card and licence after getting married! So kind and efficient! I will absolutely be frequenting this location rather than the ones in London which generally have long wait times. I did have an appointment, which also ensured it was quick! I booked the day before, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Thank you Kerry!

Went to this Strathroy Service Ontario location yesterday, to update the registration on my 1972 Vega which had been on storage since the 1970s. Not an easy transaction since their records did not go back that far. Thanks to the patience and perseverance of agent Kerry and her supervisor we were able to get it done.
