One of the smallest I've ever seen but amazing service, friendly, and she knows her stuff! The worst line up I ever saw was mabey 4-5 people. Has basic signs ie: having all documents with you, and if you don't know she will explain in a professional manner, including process etc. Want to buy a vintage RV but not sure about "dotting your I's" and "crossing your tee's"? Goes in the back to grab 1 of 10 or 20 5 inch thick "bibles" of info! Only one employee, but, compared to other reviews I've read for eastern Ontario this place is absolutely amazing!
