While I have always found the staff friendly, and most of the time helpful. A lot of services and people under one phone number, making it a super long and challenging wait while you listen and listen, and listen for your option to even get to the right person or department, and some of those selections lead to dead ends, and them simply telling you goodbye and call again. A better phone tree, eliminating dead ends, and more call numbers are in order I am guessing.
I called four times. One number had phone and msg stating, “no voicemail set up yet.” I wanted to speak with a human. Twice I was cut off or hung up on and 4th time, the voice was not understandable.
You can never speak to anyone a matter,you call the main number and it is like you have way to many numbers you have to call,very disorganized
