I love the Lucan Ontario Service Ontario location. The customer service clerk is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait more than one person ahead of me. I moved to London mid-November 2022 and have had to process two change of addresses and my renewal for my driver's licence and OHIP cards and vehicle permit. That is three visits in 3 months and each experience was wonderful!!!!

This location is NOT open. 11am on a Wednesday despite hours posted saying that they are.

I went into this office sometime last year. Have no idea when. The young girl was training and the manual is huge as you can imagine. I could tell she felt unappreciated and underpaid. She came out and let me know she’s paid minimum wage to do that job. One that is not Only government funded but requires a great deal of training. My 5 star rating is for the poor people working there not for the owners/government.

Good experience, nice people to deal/work with and efficient. I drive from London to this Service Ontario because of the friendly, efficient service. See you next year.

Came to register vehicle today. No one was there at 11:45 am. The sign said the hours were 9:30-5:30 and google said they were closed for lunch 1-1:30. There was no sign saying they were closed or when they would re-open. Several other people arrived while I was waiting. Everyone was confused as to why it wasn’t open. Ridiculous.

I made a special trip, leaving work early to get to this location to renew my license. When I got there I was told the printer was down so I couldn't get my license renewed, but that wasn't the frustrating part. The woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and brusque. When I asked for a phone number so I could call before coming 30 minutes out of my way next time, I was told that the phone wouldn't be answered when she is busy and she wouldn't give me the number. As I was leaving, she muttered something under her breath which I unfortunately didn't catch. I left so upset and mad that someone could be this mean. It takes more energy to be miserable than to be kind. Customer service should still be a priority!!

Went there today to renew my sticker and change the address on my ownership. The service that I received from the new girl was outstanding. She is nice and calm. I recommend this location to anyone.

I went to return some old plates to get a refund on my sticker. I was greeted by a smile on the other side of the glass shield. Julia was super friendly and helpful, making the paperwork to fill out quick and easy. She even checked to see if I was due in the next few months to renew my license or health card. This was probably the best visit that I've ever had in an MTO office. If you are complaining that you made a trip for no reason because that office doesn't provide a service that you needed then you didn't check their website first.

Younes was fantastic yesterday when my husband was in. He even took the time to sing Happy Birthday to him. Thanks for making his day Today when I had to go in for some ownership changing. Younes was very helpful. Sorry to hear he's leaving in a couple weeks.
