I don’t think a lot of these ppl have been to a different Service Ontario Center, because this location in fast and efficient compared! And that Matt kid needs to stop whining!

New location gives it that small town feeling, which I like. Not enough space, in the waiting area, but it's still a simple & well-run service. × Take a ticket, get in line, wait for the next open wicket! The Reps, aren't any different, than any other service personnel. They have good/bad days, just as we ALL do. * Suggestions: Don't go if you're in a rush, or in a bad mood! Don't forget to fill out all of your paperwork, be kind, and bring your patience!

I visited the Bowmanville Service Ontario today to renew our plates as well as to change my address for my driver's licence. There were a couple of people ahead of me in line when I arrived around 1pm. I only needed to wait a few minutes before I was called up, and the attendant was very fast with completing my service. The whole visit took about 10 minutes and was probably the fastest service I've had at a Service Ontario office without having to show up at 8:30 in the morning to make sure I was first in line.

We needed to change address on Driver Licenses, Vehicle ownership, and obtain new picture Health card. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The waiting time for service was very reasonable. The whole process was painless.
