They charged me 1k dollars which they shouldn’t have as I was already paying the Ontario sales tax through my biweekly car payments. The obese lady is rude and not helpful.
Rude staff poor service and they won’t answer the phone call center won’t even connect you to make sure they have the documents you neee before going.
I have been to many Service Ontario locations, and this one has, by far, the best/friendliest & most accommodating staff of them all!! IF YOU SEE A LINE, JUST GO IN!! THEY SERIOUSLY MOVE BODIES
AVOID - Not a functional location. There is someone at the door taking reservations for sticker renewal, and everything else. With an awful handwritten book, sticky notes, and with no customers waiting and two active agents I was asked to leave. Replace the staff at this location please.
