Incredibly rude. Came in was waiting desk 2 looked at me and said wait. 15 minutes later a woman came in and called her right away. Made me wait I ended up leaving

The people at Service Canada were so wonderful and welcoming. He went above and beyond my expectations. Very friendly and calming experience. Very clean and tidy location. They were quick and helpful. Will come back.

Showed up at 3 o'clock to drop off. Passports was told that I had to leave that. There was not enough time meanwhile, there was 2 people behind the desk sitting there doing nothing with no one else in the building. Office was to close at four

After booking an appointment for 8:30, arriving early and being the only one in the waiting room for 20 minutes, the passport agent clearly did not want to see me. I had been here 6 weeks earlier and was told that I needed more documentation to complete the passport process. The same agent served me then. I was disappointed 6 weeks ago but was definitely not rude or hostile. I returned today with the required documents. I was finally served by an alternate employee/agent today who was very helpful. Why did the passport agent ignor me? She took walk-in clients quite readily as soon as I was out of sight. Personal bias has no place in the federal jurisdiction. I'm a senior, born in Manitoba, and drove 3 hours to get to this appointment. Maybe she didn't like a non-local arriving at her Service Canada office. That's not really her call. I'm a descent person, I pay taxes and I am a citizen. That's all that is required. The woman who did help me gets 5 stars. The one who didn't serve me, accounts for less. The security guard was lovely.nWhy would I book from so far away? Because I could not book any appointment closer to my home than Napanee on the website. I spent hours going through each of 20 different citys' Service Canada's sites. Only Napanee allowed me any dates or times at all. I'm grateful for that but seriously resent my being treated this way.
