Nasty woman at this service ontario! Lets her friends cut the line in front of me even though I was there a while before him. Then proceeded to get in to see her and I was told she didn’t have any paper. What a joke! Better off going to any other service ontario in Bruce County.

Had such a wonderful experience with Brittany today. She went above and beyond to finalize our paperwork. Thank you for everything.

Possibly one of the rudest most unhelpful and impolite ladies I have ever met working at this service Ontario, where customers are expected to wait outside in the cold and wet due to their pathetic rule of only allowing two people in the building at one time. It would be nice if they actually realized that as a government organization they are in the customer service business.

Terrible hours of operation. When it says it’s open, it never is. Judy is good but she likes to use Covid as an excuse to get off work. I’ve been here three times and only been able to get in once. She should either hire a second employee or there needs to be a second service Ontario open on the Bruce peninsula. very disappointed!!nnUpdate!! Went back a week later and she is still closed, this time it’s a family emergency.

the lady who runs this service ontario must have missed out on the customer service training part of this job. how rude.
