I went to do a variety of services. I had been in an automobile accident and was injured with a broken back, broken ribs, and broken hand. I had also recently moved so I needed to update my address on my licences and OHIP. While I was at the hospital for an appointment I sent my friend to the service Ontario to do my new vehicle registration. I wrote him a letter authorizing him to be my agent and I neglected to include the vehicle year he would be registering even though I included the vehicle VIN# which contains the year. The warning is make sure you have every detail correct when going to see the service Ontario, they do not give you any leeway whatsoever regarding their required documentation. However, they did have compassion and said I would be at the front of the line when we returned. They did exactly that. My wait time was about 5 minutes and they took me to a private office where I could sit and do my business. My appointment took about 45 minutes in total to do and Elaine, my service agent was excellent, very professional and nice to deal with. It was my most enjoyable and positive experience at a service Ontario ever. Also, Samantha who was the intake receptionist was a pleasure to deal with as well. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you very much.

Was busy and kind of loud, but All the staff were friendly and helpful. They welcomed My service animal Even though we were both having a very rough day and he was whining a tiny bit. The building was clean, I Am very appreciative that they were able to understanding my needs, and that they were so friendly, It can be quite busy depending on what day you go and what time but they do have vending machines with food and drinks while you wait.

I left work early to make the trek up to Owen Sound to renew my commercial license plate sticker. I showed up at 4:10pm. A woman just inside the door notifies me that if I don’t have an appointment I have to come back another time as they had too many appointments booked and we’re going to run out of time before they closed. No way no how they could help me, even if I waited until 5 just to see if there would be a no show or extra time. Pretty poor, if you only take appointments now make that known. I wasted two hours of my day and a quarter tank of fuel.

I had an appointment today around 11am. They were not too busy. It just took 20 minutes for my work to be done. Elaine gives me the best service. It’s the best service i have ever received in service Ontario. Thank you so much for helping me.

It's one of the best ServiceOntario centers I've had the pleasure of going to. I've always been met with a friendly smile and very professional staff. They are well staffed, very efficient, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond with every request.
