Nice place, although it was a bit crowded. Staffs are polite and hospitable. Totally different than the other government run offices I have been to in Canada. They look very passionate about helping people, Benissa was extremely helpful and cheerful while helping an elderly. Amazed by how they treat the visitors. Kodus to the entire team of this service Ontario. You guys are awesome

I gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. I went to get my truck ownership the agent mary told me to get one document than when i got that they told me to get another document. They could have just told me once what documents they need. When i went to the other ministry they did everything fast without any extra demands. The behaviour was really rude she was shouting.

I drove to Orangeville location as I live in Brampton and it's usually so busy there. It was totally worth the gas money.nThe women working the desks this morning were so lovely. They both treated everyone with kindness and manners and respect. When it was my turn, the woman was so kind and friendly and helpful. You don't see a lot of this in Brampton anymore and it was so refreshing. Thank you ladies!

They fail to deliever renewed driving licence and health card for over two months and then charge you $36 because they did not do their job. Good chances are Services Ontario is the lowest quality public service in the civilized world. No matter how you look at it, Mr. Ford is the leader.

Funny they have signs that say “No excuse for abuse, this is a safe space for all, conduct that is racist won’t be tolerated” and “our responsibility to you is caring, responsive, accountable and reliable”.nnYet the staff are the total opposite. The white ladies at counter 3 and 4 will try to find any excuse to try and refuse completing a service for people of brown skin. They will pull as many excuses and questions to avoid getting the job done.nnThey are rude when it comes to brown folk, but smile greet and happily assist those of white skin.nnRidiculous. I’m surprised back office hasn’t done anything about this, every low star review is from someone who had a racist experience here.
