About 10 ten days ago, my wife and I applied for issuance of new health cards with prior booked appointments. We were called on time and served promptly by the agent at Counter No. 10 who we found professional and polite. For me, the documents were in order and my health card number was issued by her instantly. For my wife, a proof of address was missing for which she applied for Ontario Photo Card. The agent explained to her next steps for obtaining a health card. Completely satisfied, we left this office expressing our appreciation for her service and good behavior.

Yesterday, I visited ServiceOntario Guelp with a prior booked appointment for a new health card. I was served promptly by Dawarga, the agent at the Counter No. 4. She processed my application efficiently, gave me all relevant details, and answered my questions in a satisfactory manner. I thank ServiceOntario Guelph and Dawarga for their professional efficient services.

The single best service Ontario experience I’ve ever had. We booked an appointment, came 5 minutes early, were seen right away, and were done 2 license changeovers, a vehicle registration change, and 2 healthcard updates in 15 minutes. You do have to pay for parking with cash or card, and it’s $2 per hour!

Lovely experience! The lady who helped me was so kind and personable. She genuinely made the experience so sweet I wish I caught her name. She was at counter 5 at 9:30am on this date. Also super quick, wasn’t in there for more than 10 mins. Best Service Ontario I’ve been to by far.
