I'm not sure if the people who gave them a bad review went on a weekend or really busy hour of the day but I went today on a Friday at around 1pm and it only took maybe up to a half an hour wait to get called in and you don't have to wait in any lines. There are chairs to sit on and they seemed to be moving the numbers through pretty quickly. Also the staff were very polite and nice! And very helpful. Just make sure you have everything you need and you should be in and out within less than 45 minutes. The lady helped explain to me what needed to be explained and got me everything I needed in quite literally 1 minute. Very awesome, Thank you very much! Also they have free wifi for when you're waiting!

After reading all the negative reviews about the Orillia office I went straight to the Barrie office near Canadian Tire instead. The staff there are knowledgeable and efficient. Same as true for Service Canada in Barrie. It appears the Orillia offices are badly mismanaged.

This is one of the worst Service Ontario locations I have attended. Long lineups, slow service just to start. The location is an old train station in the city and not properly setup to provide good customer service. If you are unfortunate to get the counter out in the common area, everybody in the waiting room can hear about your business due to the echo. Staff have been unfriendly more than helpful on most occasions. It is a privately owned Service Ontario location so it always surprises me the poor level of service. I avoid this location as much as I can by going to the government run facilities in Barrie or going online.

VERY UNHELPFUL!!! As usual we call and they refer us to so and so I call them and they refer us to their sisters cousins best friends former room mates insurance brokers dog sitters brother in law and they didn't have the services we require instead we have to go to another city, NEWS FLASH, we all can't commute to any city anytime we need to! We need more service's in Orillia! ☹ PS The service was 💩 Sincerely Brant M

If I could rate zero stars I would. This is without a doubt the absolute most deplorable service Ontario Location I have ever seen. Wait times are horrendous, the building should be demolished. Why do we have to endure this? Just go to Gravenhurst or Barrie for a pleasurable experience. What a disgrace.
