Short wait at noon. Ben was pleasant and knowledgeable and when his printer wasn't working he transfered me to a colleague. Christina was also amazing and answered all my questions! I highly recommend this Service Ontario to the one on Bruce. The dollar for parking is worth the great experience.

Best service ontario to visit, all the staff members are very polite and great! I was there to get my health card , BEN took care of me , he was very nice to me , he explained me everything so well. The lady beside him catherine , she was very sweet too.

Why is every worker at Service Ontario/Service Canada/Drivetest a grumpy, middle-aged, blonde, female Karen who acts entitled and like everything and everyone owes her something? This is literally my experience every time I go into one of these places. Like the only reason I'm giving two stars is because they're knowledgeable but I tell ya the customer service never gets better
