The best service I have gotten at any Service Ontario office. Staff were super helpful and nice. Had a long and difficult process to complete, and they worked through it and made sure it was done correctly and I was taken care of. Complete confidence in their work. Thank you :
Staff were very friendly and efficient. Only complaint was that if your mission statement posted on the wall is for high quality customer service then the opening hours should be honoured and not unlocking the door late.
Long story: summary is wonderful service.nnI went to the Stittsville office, but it was closed. Bad snow day on Friday, not going well so far. Got on the highway to go to Arnprior, stuck behind snow plows. Arrived at 2:45pm, office closes at 3pm. I was transferring a vehicle, required many forms, pretty sure that this day meant I'd be missing something and have to do another trip. As she called out the forms, I handed them over. One of the pieces of information was on a PDF on my phone, which she accepted. She thanked me for making her job so easy and quickly made the changes and handed me back two forms that concluded the transfer. During this process we chatted and exchanged some simple life stories. I left and got in my car at 2:55. No stress, everything as it needed to be.nnI believe anyone who had trouble with the service in this office came with that trouble already on their shoulders.
