Can't ask for much more from the employees at this location, my experience at most service ontarios is usually one of significant complain but they were totally on their A game here. Got my license, medical card and registration changed in less than 5 minutes from opening the door to leaving and there was a line.nnVery nice and respectful as wellnn5/5
I had to change addresses on 3 vehicles, two health cards and a drivers license, and renew a health card. It was the quickest and easiest experience I’ve ever had at a Service Ontario location. Lisa was awesome!
The young girl working was so abrupt to the point it was rude. If you're that miserable, maybe you shouldn't be dealing with the public. Funny part is, there's a poster on the wall promising service with care, ha!
Very condescending when asking questions. You guys have a job thanks to taxpayers and make us feel like we shouldn't bother you.
Worst Service Ontario location. Refuses to pull a vin with an Affidavit and says more vin research is needed all while seeing it’s a 10 digit vin. No website work with 10 digit 75yo vins. Paper work also said never registered in Ontario but kept requesting Ontario ownership and still did not try to run the vin in their system. The 2 older ladies were no help at all. Did not even ask any questions, just picked up a phone and called their help line. I had all the paperwork I was previously told I needed and they were saying it’s not enough.nIt was enough to the point I went to a different location right after and had my ownership in 5 min. Not a single issue.nThe ladies behind the desk at this location need some work on their people skills and stop being completely rude.
