We needed a passport sooner than later and arrived at this location only to be told that the delivery times would take longer than if we went to one of the main branches in Ottawa. Ana was wonderful explaining why we should make the trek to one of the other locations and kindly looked up wait times for us as well as reviewed our application to ensure everything would be in order once we arrived at Place D'orleans. Wonderful customer service Ana!

I went this morning to renew my passport. My experience with the service there was excellent. I was there at opening Tim and was out the door in 13 mins. Very polite and friendly staff. Thank you.
Rude racist receptionist ironically its the brown girl with the blonde hair. I was asked multiple times if i live with my cousin and his wife who i used as a reference while going for a passport renewal. The addresses are different on the application but being brown why not ask anyways right. Horrible experience but what else can you expect from a town like carleton place.
Great place with very kind and professional staffs. I went there to renew my passport and saw the agent right away without any lineup or waiting . Highly recommend this service canada .
