Friendly and helpful staff. Together with an excellent and professional management team. Quick processing times considering how busy it gets there sometimes. Do your research though as some transactions are not as easy as you think and government regulated offices cannot cut corners.nnSelling a car privately through an estate is a complex process, but everything was thoroughly explained to me. Be there early to avoid any line-ups, etc.
It was so full line out the door almost the area is to small and it doesn't say on their page that they take a lunch break at 12pm and you have to sit and wait . The lady wouldn't renew my health card even though I brought in all the documents she said I needed to bring another hydro bill when I brought one with me after waiting over an hour .
Staff were friendly, but the wait times were long, the waiting area is small and restricted, and the procedure could be better streamlined for those people who do not need to make any changes.
I came there yesterday and I spoke with this brunette haired lady she was very rude and unprofessional. These workers have no professionalism and dont know how to treat people who need assistance with anything. She was also very discriminatory against me and my friend and while I was writing on the form she snatched it out my hands very impolite lady who should be fired.
They were fast and happy. Not always a friendly experience there but today was decent.
