I went there to get my health card done.nI wish I could give her a minis ratingnThis place is absolutely unacceptable! The lady there not only has a seriously arrogant attitude but also showed some racist behavior that was shocking. Her tone was incredibly disrespectful, and to make matters worse, she disrespected me right in front of other customers.She was wearing hijab. It felt humiliating to be treated that way, especially when I was just trying to get help. I can't believe how unprofessional and rude she was throughout my visits. One star is far too generous for this kind of service! Reading on all the other complaints,she needs to be replaced.
I took my elderly sister in to get a photo ID card at the West St. location. Abby and her supervisor were incredibly helpful and patient helping us to get this done. They were kind, they were friendly, they were helpful. I have only good words to say about how they treated us. Thank you Abby.
Abby was so rude to me and made me feel really uncomfortable within the first minute of interaction with her. My boyfriend had to chime in from across the room because she was talking to me like I was incompetent. Not sure if she was speaking to me like that because of my race, age, or maybe she’s just plain out rude to all customers.nnAsked to speak to the manager Sonia and she was rude too. Went to my car and cried. Read the bad reviews and totally understand why after that interaction.nnAs someone who works in costumer service, you should not be talking to people in a condescending manner. Especially since I’ve never really had to get anything renewed, don’t exactly know the process. It’s your job to walk me through it regardless of if I have done it before or not, WITHOUT being snarky and mean.nnPersonally, I believe she does not deserve that pension.
I've always gone to this Service Ontario in the past to renew my drivers license and health card and have always had a pleasant experience with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff.nI now avoid this branch because of the turn of ztaff. And after an incident with a family member.nNote that this was a couple months ago. I had a family member having a medical emergency and needed a renewed health card asap. Having rushed over to this branch to get it done, a lady in a hijab was the one to help. The end result was my family member in tears with nothing resolved and she ended going to the branch in Paris a much better branch.nThis lady in the hijab social etiquette was uncompassionate and disconnected. As well as rude and frankly racist.nI will also note that I recently went to the Service Ontario in Burlington and had a great experience there. So I guess I'll be going to all the other branches from now on.
I went to this branch to renew my Health card since it’s just near my place. However, the lady in a hijab told me that something is wrong with my letter which is directly given to me by my HR manager. Also, that the date is not update and should be for 2025 but it does not make sense because the year just started. She was very rude and racist, I didn’t feel comfortable and she racial profiled me. I hope they do something about this since reading the comments there’s a lot of complain about her.
