Save your time and better go to Dieppe location. These people at this location have no clue what they are doing. On multiple occasions I went here and they refused me or asked me to bring this or do that in that event every time I just walked out and went to Service New Brunswick Dieppe Location. At Dieppe they did the job right without any questions asked.

I had my driving test today at Moncton 428 Collishaw street and I reached the location with my brother about 15 minutes early. The lady at the front desk told us to wait inside because the instructor would be coming soon. After about 5–7 minutes, the instructors arrived. I opened the door for them and greeted them with “Good morning.”nnHowever, they suddenly started shouting at both of us, saying we were not allowed inside before the test time and told us to go outside. We were quite surprised because we only came in after being told to wait inside.nnIt was really disappointing and embarrassing, as we had no intention of breaking any rules — we simply followed the staff’s instructions. I hope the team can be a bit more understanding and polite in the future, as such experiences can make students feel very uncomfortable before their test.
