If you are a person of color and an Immigrant, Avoid this center. I was treated like an uneducated person. Only mistake I did was to visit it at around 4:15 and it closes at 5, So I think he wanted to leavennEspecially, If you are dealing with employee named Co___. I was intimidated by some stupid question and he didn’t even care to explain. I was there for Address change and renewal of my Driver’s License and Medicare Card.nnOnly question he kept asking - What has changed again and again, I told him about the address change and every details. He meant to ask if my immigration status has changed. He could have simply asked if your status is changed? He asked the same question rudely without explaining for at least 3 times and without even listening to any details that I was sayingnnI had some questions about the forms, He wouldn’t answer it straight and made me feel like a dumb person. For reference, I am a Pharmacist and I speak pretty decent english
With each minute you will feel your soul die. You will wait and watch the same number come on screen but no one approach the counter. You will also watch those that are to be serving you chit-chat 10 to 15 min between clients. Once your number is finally called when hope has dwindled, wait to hear about policy changes or get a different answer from the last person you spoke with. Avoid at all costs.
Not impressed with the Driver Examination department. Why would there be 2 examiners in my kids car during an examination? This is against the law fromnmy understanding, 7.1 license states only one fully licensed driver in passenger seat. After requesting a call back from the examiner, I received a call back 3 weeks later. The only way I can get any feedback was a face to face appointment with the examiner with my child. Personal information was the reason given. Poor kid would have been intimidated if we followed through .nnSo, to be fare my kid went and retook their drivers test, the staff in Moncton were more than helpful.nWe were late for our appointment, my fault, and figured we would have to rebook the road test. After explaining to reception he went and talked to the examiner and he was more than willing to accommodate my kid and proceed with the test. I was quite surprised and very appreciative.nThanks. SNB your average has been bumped up.
Busy but excellent. Served by David, Justin and Taylor. All polite, efficient and very competent people.nThis was for transfer of Driver's License but they gave instructions for online application for Med card.
Always full, but quick if you make an appointment.nJason was very attentive and proactive. Me and my parents moved from another province and went here to transfer our licenses and register our car. This kind of process usually takes a long time and can be stressful but he was very patient and understanding, so everything went smoothly. Thank you Jason!! :
