So We my daughter and I Sat On The Floor For An Hour.nnI Understand They Are Short Staffed But I Didn't Understand The No Kids Rule Or Not Have Available Seating.nnThe Guy At The Desk Was Very Polite And Had Me Taken Care Of In Under 15 Minutes. He Was Absolutely Amazing And Very Polite.

Save yourself the trouble and go to a real passport office, the senior citizen staff they got working behind the counter not reception or security are just as incompetent as they are old. I went there followed their instructions to the T and then they would complain about the most asinine things and refuse to accept my application.nnI took the same application to a real passport office and not only did they accept it but the representative actually laughed when I told him why they wouldn't accept it. Save yourselves the trouble, gas and headache and either mail it in or just go to a different office.
